For the 5th year in succession, engines featuring BiO technology have won the engine of the year award.
In the less than 1 litre category the Ford 3 Cylinder Ecoboost was the successful recipient and in the 1.0 to 1.4L category the PSA 1.2L 3 cylinder Turbo PureTech was the deserved winner. Both engines are fitted with timing belts supplied by NGF customer Dayco. These timing belts incorporate NGF High Tensile Strength (HTS) Glass Cord which has been coated with our specially developed oil resistant treatment.
